Don’t forget about Nick Foles

On Sunday afternoon the Philadelphia Eagles clinched the NFC East division championship. However, it came with a cost. Quarterback Carson Wentz tore his ACL. Immediately Eagles fans had their playoff hopes shattered as no one could possibly pickup where Wentz left off...or so they thought.

Nick Foles was the Eagles third round draft pick in 2012. He played three seasons for the Eagles and put up amazing numbers before being traded to the Rams. In 2013, Foles had a record year after making the playoffs and being selected to the Pro Bowl.

Foles, currently in his fourth season with the Eagles, is an excellent replacement for Carson Wentz during the Eagles 2017 playoff run. In his time in Philadelphia, Foles has thrown for 6851 yards, 46 touchdowns and 17 interceptions.

So fear not Eagles fans, with offensive weapons like Alshon Jeffery, LeGarrette Blount and Zach Ertz, Nick Foles will still lead the Eagles to a strong playoff run.
