Jaguars star running back Leonard Fournette is inactive for Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Fournette missed appointments, a workout and treatment which led to the Jaguars decision to not play him.

Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone said in a statement

“Leonard Fournette is not playing in today’s game due to an infraction of a team rule,” Marrone said. “This has been addressed internally and further details will not be made public.”

At the halfway mark of the 2017 season, Fournette has rushed for 596 yards and 6 touchdowns. Sunday’s game was supposed to be Fournette’s first game back after missing the Jaguars week 7 win with an ankle injury.
